Number Finder is a caller identification and spam blocking application that helps users:

The Service relies on community-driven data and third-party sources to provide caller identification information.
2.1 Age Requirements
You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.
2.2 Account Creation

- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
2.3 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
3.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Service in a manner consistent with any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

While we strive to provide accurate caller identification information, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all data in our database.
5.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including spam reports and caller feedback ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Digitalists Interactive Agency Ltd and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United Kingdom and other countries.
Our trademarks, service marks, and trade names may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. The Service may include content provided by third parties; all rights in such content remain with their respective owners.
7.1 Premium Features
Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees ("Premium Features"). All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
7.2 Subscription Management
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Cancel anytime through your app store account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
7.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at your next billing cycle.
We strive to maintain the Service's availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable for any such modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.
We may release updates to the App from time to time. Some updates may be required to continue using the Service.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third parties.
The Service may integrate with third-party services (such as app stores, analytics providers, or advertising networks). Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
10.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App and ceasing to use the Service.
10.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. We may delete your account and associated data. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Service or its content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the caller identification information provided by the Service is accurate, complete, or up-to-date. Users should verify information independently when making important decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Digitalists Interactive Agency Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Digitalists Interactive Agency Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, actions, demands, liabilities, and settlements, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from or alleged to result from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
14.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14.3 Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting a notice in the App, sending you an email notification, or other reasonable means. Material changes will take effect 30 days after notice is provided. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
